Housekeeping in SyncNbook

SyncNbook offers different roles for each user.

The housekeeping role has limited access to SyncNbook.

No financial information are visible with this access.

The Dashboard only shows the check in and check out list.

The user is not able to open the reservation card or make any changes. They are able to view the notes by clicking on the chat bubble.

The Calendar is also only for visibility of the reservations checking in and out. The only fields that the users with housekeeping access can amend are:

1. Adding notes to the room

2. Change the status of the room.

The status of the room is changed by right clicking on the little dot in the bottom right corner and selecting a status.

The only report that is accessible is the housekeeping report. The report displays:

1. The rooms checking out

2. Rooms that are occupied

3. Rooms that are checking in

4. Dirty rooms.
