Guest Registration Form is used when properties want the guests to sign for their stay upon arrival.
The registration form can be printed, filled in and signed by user i.e. during check in.
It's for hotels that require paper with visitor information and signature.
If your property does not require guests to sign the form upon arrival you can ignore this part.
It can be used for additional conditions such as "Hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left in the room", etc.
Keep in mind that all terms and conditions listed in this form are not to be different from the terms and conditions listed in (Hotel and Cancellation) Policies which guest accepted during the process of making the reservation, as this form is only presented to the guest after the booking is made and they already accepted the reservation Policies.
To print out the form open the reservation card of the guest and navigate to Guests Tab.
Click on the printer icon to print the form.
