SyncNbook has 3 main colors through out the system.
Green Color
Red Color
Yellow Color
Blue Color
Green Color
Green means something positive.
New reservation will show on the Live Feed as green.
When a reservation is fully paid it will indicate this with the color green.
Paid Folio will show a green dot next to the folio number.
Red Color
Red means something negative.
A cancellation will show on the Live Feed as red
Unpaid reservation will indicate this with the color red
Unsuccessful payment will show as red on the Live Feed.
Dirty room will indicate this with a red dot.
Unpaid Folio will show a red dot next to the folio number.
Yellow Color
Yellow is the in between color. Something you will need to look into
A modification to a reservation will show on the Live Feed as red
Partly paid reservation will indicate this with the color yellow
Partly paid Folio will show a yellow dot next to the folio number.
Clean room will indicate this with a yellow dot.
A note on a room or a date on the calendar is marked with a yellow star
Blue Color
Blue color is used for when a reservation is going to be paid for by a company or a Travel Agency
