This is where you create the seasons you have such as high season and low season.

The default season will include all dates that are not assigned to a specific season.
As you can see the default season covers several years into the future.

If you do nothing to set up your seasons, you will always have the same rate indefinitely.

When you create rate plans you will be able to assign rates to your seasons.

When you use seasonal rates for your property, it is important to define a set of rules for when you want which rates to be available.

Create New Season

To create a new season click on “add season or event” OR click on a date and drag it to another date to create a season.

Type in the name of the season, in this case lets create a low season

Select a color for the season

You can amend the dates and save.

Add Dates to Existing Season

To add dates to a season click on the plus icon next to the season and add your date range.

Or use the same method as before and highlight the dates and select “add new range to an existing season” and then select the season from the drop down list and save.

Other Information About Season & Events

You can easily delete a season or a date range from a season by selecting the trash can below the season. Use the arrows to get the calendar of the next year.

Now you will have a list of your seasons and you can easily see the date range that is on each season on the right hand side.

Add in the high season as well for the year 2024.

If you want to set your rates higher for the upcoming year simply create new high and low seasons for that year

Events

Events are slightly different. They are set up the same way but you tick a box saying they are an event. These are shorter events happening in your area that may affect how you would like to price your property, such as Culture Night in Reykjavík and Labour Day Weekend in Akureyri.
