In Currencies, you can add more than your default currency.
The default currency is the one that will appear on your invoices and on your Booking Engine.
Additional currencies are for the purpose of sending out your rates to various OTAs that possibly do not accept your local currency, so you can add live exchange, for i.e. Euros, GBP, USD etc.
