It is possible to send a guest a payment link to collect payment and to collect the credit card details.
Payments collected through a payment link will be 3D secured as long as the cardholder has a card that supports 3D secure payments.
How to send the payment link
Open the reservation card and go to Payments
Click on Request Payment
The full amount of the reservation will be sent unless it is manually changed.
Type in the email text that you would like to appear in the email (or have a pre setup template for it in the back end).
This is how the email will appear for the guest - They should click on "Pay now"
This window with all of their reservation details will appear and they are able to add a card and when that is done it will activate the "Pay" button and they are able to securely pay for their stay.
When the customer has paid via the link, the reservation will automatically turn green in SyncNbook and they payment will be visible in the transaction field
Note: Sending payment links can be sent automatically by the system if it is set up under Reactions in the back end settings.
